I have seen the benefits of having 1:1 support in your cancer journey to help overcome worries and fears, allowing you to LIVE a full life.
Hello, I'm Anne.
As a nurse practitioner and researcher,
I have worked with cancer patients at various stages to support
their health and wellbeing. I understand the challenges and concerns that patients and families face while dealing with cancer.

I’ve conducted research on a variety of topics including hope in advanced cancer, nurse-led survivorship programs, and stress-management programs.

I use science-based strategies and a variety of holistic + lifestyle practices to help clients overcome cancer related stress, worries, and fear of recurrence.
I am inspired every day by the clients I serve, their unique strengths and resilience. This fuels me to help others change the narrative in their life to embrace calm, confidence, and hope.

I will be there for you along
every step of the way offering
accountability, motivation, and support.
